VILLEJUIF BIOPARK incubator and technology center is now open in the city of Villejuif.

You can get there in 13 minutes from Paris by subway (Metro station Paul Vaillant Couturier, Line 7), this is the newest research facility of a larger project known as Cancer Campus that stretches on 250 acres around the Gustave Roussy Institute the largest oncology center in Europe, surrounded by various technical platforms such as molecular genetics, virology, oncogenesis, stem cells, etc...

This facility is owned by SADEV, a major public-private company in charge of urban planning and development in Val de Marne. It is managed by SCIEGE, a subsidiary of Chambre de Commerce de Paris - Val de Marne. Tenants of the incubator will receive complete support from Val de Marne and Genopole Evry, in securing a financing, IP protection, international canvassing, legal and human ressources,… Total space for rent is 5.340 sqm (57,500sqft ) in a top quality 3-story building designed by François Leclercq.

You can chose from 70 office and lab units, specially designed for : new start ups in the bio/life sciences sector (“pépinière” or nursery) mature companies in the life science sector (this part is called “Hotel d’entreprise”)
